These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of foxsminds.com and the Foxsminds platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Foxsminds. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, misleading or fraudulent materials.
• Misrepresent your identity, company or fundraising status.
• Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.

You retain all ownership of the decks, documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.

Foxsminds is a technology platform that facilitates connections between founders and investors. We do not provide financial, legal, investment or tax advice, and nothing on the platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. You are responsible for your own diligence and decisions.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxsmindsshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities or data arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
